โอลิโกฟรุคโตส เป็นใยอาหารสายสั้นชนิดละลายน้ำที่พบได้ทั่วไปในธรรมชาติ โอลิโกฟรุคโตสจากเราพัฒนาโดยบริษัท จากประเทศญี่ปุ่น โดยมีจุดเด่นเฉพาะคือ ผลิตจากอ้อย (sugar cane) ซึ่งแตกต่างจากโอลิโกฟรุคโตส ทั่วไปที่มักสกัดจากรากชิโครี
